From the dusty streets of Ilesa to keynote stages in three continents, his journey has always pointed to one truth: “We don’t lack resources in Nigeria. We lack leadership systems that scale.”
After decades of coaching executives, training over 25,000 leaders across sectors, and advising both ministries and corporations, he built two foundational frameworks:
